How can I keep the bolsters from collapsing down?
I have found that the bolsters kind of spread out and collapse -- maybe because my dog has a habit of sitting down onto the bolsters rather than in the middle of the bed. Does anyone have any ideas how to keep the bolsters upright? Thanks!

Hi there. I’m Megan from Orvis Customer Service. Since no one has answered your question yet, I did a little research for you, and here’s what I found out:
You can re-fluff the bolsters by pulling out the bolster and pulling the stuffing apart. This will re-fluff the bolster and it will return to its original shape.

Question
How easy is the cover to put back on this bed?
I have purchased other dog beds (not from Orvis) and once the cover was removed I had a very hard time getting the cover to fit properly.

Hi there. I’m Crystal from Orvis Customer Service. Since no one has answered your question yet, I did a little research for you, and here’s what I found out:
Due to this bed being a double-high bed, it is going to be a little more difficult that some of our regular high beds to put cover back on, however it is still doable with minimal struggle.
