Question
When my Earmuffs volume knob is clicked on, it can only be heard momentarily then silent.The other nothing.
Do my batteries need to be charged/changed?I was given the Orvis Earmuffs and nothing else.Also,there are two inputs which look like they are for an adapter of some sorts on each ear.Was an adapter included?
As stated,when one side is clicked on outside noise can be heard momentarily then slowly gets silent.Nothing happens with the other side when the knob is turned.Are my earmuffs ok?

Hi there. I’m Megan from Orvis Customer Service. Since no one has answered your question yet, I did a little research for you, and here’s what I found out:
The batteries in your earmuffs may need to be changed. I would try changing the batteries and if after then, you still are having the same results, I would send these earmuffs back to us for a refund or exchange. This item does not come with an adapter.

Question
what is the protection level ?
33db ? more ? less ? Why would you advertise a hearing protection item and not detail the protection it provides ? I want to buy immediately so need this for comparison.
