Hi there. I’m Megan from Orvis Customer Service. Since no one has answered your question yet, I did a little research for you, and here’s what I found out:
These are not the same diameter. The CFO I is 2 3/4" diameter the CFO 123 is 2 7/8" diameter. This item is made in China.
